The becoming of post-apartheid jurisprudence: Towards a minor jurisprudence of generosity
The project focuses on the interdisciplinary possibilities of law to constitute a discourse of transformation for post-apartheid South Africa. -

In early August the STIAS Fellowsā Programme reached an important milestone: a full complement of STIAS Fellows was resident at the Wallenberg Research Centre for the first time since the November 2007 inauguration of STIASā main research facility.
