Born in Cameroon in 1977, Prof. Jean Sire Armand Eyebe Fouda earned his PhD in digital signal processing from the University of Yaoundé I in 2007. He is a distinguished fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. Prof. Eyebe’s research bridges theoretical complex systems and practical engineering, focusing on nonlinear time series analysis, chaotic cryptography, and circuit theory.
