Senior Assistant
Leonard has been with STIAS since 2008 and is responsible for maintaining the physical and technical infrastructure that supports Fellows in residence. His work includes welcoming and orienting new Fellows on accessing the building, setting them up on the STIAS computers and printer system, and navigating daily routines at STIAS.
Leonard maintains and troubleshoots office equipment, ensuring that Fellows’ workspaces are set up and functional and that all technological and network connections are working optimally. In addition, he assists with the setup of seminars and presentations. He co-manages the Fellows reception front desk, where he responds to enquiries and ensures a professional and friendly first point of contact.
