I am a national of an African country

I am 42 years or younger by 1 January 2026

I am affiliated with a research or higher education institution in an African country and will continue to be for the foreseeable future

I have obtained a doctoral degree from a recognised higher education institution (worldwide) after the 1st of January 2018

I have completed a post-doctoral fellowship or equivalent post-PhD research programme

I am able to commence a first period of residency at STIAS during 2027
